Mission Statement
Manitoba Diving supports athletic development, personal growth and community awareness through excellence in leadership

Manitoba Diving Vision
Manitoba Diving is a dynamic contemporary association, with a professional approach to association management, providing strong ethical and values driven foundation for diving throughout Manitoba and Canada.

Manitoba Diving has a clearly defined governance structure with committed and capable Directors providing outward vision and strategic leadership. These Directors, while allowing for diversity in their deliberations, speak with one voice through policy statements.

Manitoba Diving has clearly defined operational structure with skilled and competent staff and volunteers who follow sound business plans and practices to accomplish Board stated goals.

Members are represented through Clubs, Vice President, Athlete, Officials, Director and Technical Diving Committee. There is active involvement at all levels.

There are effective relations between Manitoba Diving and the media, the private sector, the government and national sport community.
